By engaging with Unique Photos, you agree to the following legally binding terms. These terms govern all photography, digital artistry, and framing services provided by our studio.
In the event of a production error or material damage, clients are requested to notify Unique Photos immediately with valid proof of purchase. We are committed to replacing or correcting any product that fails to meet our professional quality standards.
Remakes are executed based on the original digital files and specifications provided. Any changes to the scope (size, image, or frame) will be considered a new order and billed accordingly.
If a product is received in a damaged state due to transit, do not refuse the delivery. Please document the condition with photographs and notify us within 24 hours. We will facilitate a priority replacement and handle claims with the carrier. Unique Photos is not liable for carrier-side delays, but we ensure all replacements are handled with due diligence.
We utilize high-fidelity digital printing technology. To ensure optimal results during the mounting and framing process, we advise that all critical elements (subjects, text, or intricate borders) be kept at least 10mm (3/8") from the outer edges of the file.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Unique Photos retains the creative copyright for all imagery produced by our studio. We reserve the right to feature our finest work in our portfolio or studio displays. We respect client preferences and will honor written requests for private handling of images.
