Refunds & Return Policy

At Unique Photos, we strive to provide high-quality photography services and ensure complete client satisfaction. As our services are customized and time-based, our return and refund policies differ from physical products.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of booking. After this period, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund as the date and resources are reserved in advance. In case of emergencies, rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.

Refund Policy

Advance payments made to confirm bookings are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered if Unique Photos is unable to provide the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients can request to reschedule their shoot/event at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by Unique Photos.

Service Delivery

Once the photography service has been delivered (shoot completed), no refunds will be applicable. However, we ensure quality editing and timely delivery as promised.

Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the final output, you may request reasonable revisions. Unique Photos will make necessary adjustments wherever possible to meet client expectations.

Client Responsibilities

No refund or reschedule will be provided if the client fails to attend the shoot, arrives late, or does not cooperate during the session.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, Unique Photos reserves the right to reschedule the booking. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
