Terms & Conditions

1. Exclusive Terms.

All bookings and services provided by Unique Photos, whether through our website or otherwise, shall be governed by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute the complete agreement between the client (herein called ‘Client’) and Unique Photos (herein called ‘Company’) and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.

2. Booking & Acceptance.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and confirmation from Unique Photos. By confirming the booking, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned herein. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by the Client shall not be valid unless agreed upon in writing by the Company.

3. Pricing.

All service charges are as per the package selected at the time of booking. Unique Photos reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

4. Payments.

An advance payment is required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the day of the shoot/event unless otherwise agreed. Delay in payment may result in delay in delivery of final outputs.

5. Cancellations & Refunds.

In case of cancellation by the Client, the advance payment is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be considered based on availability. If the Company cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternate date will be offered.

6. Delivery Timeline.

The Company will deliver edited photos/videos within the committed timeframe. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the project scope. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the Client.

7. Client Responsibilities.

The Client must ensure proper cooperation, timely availability, and necessary permissions at the shoot location. Unique Photos will not be held responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation or restrictions at the venue.

8. Copyright & Usage.

All photographs and videos captured by Unique Photos are the intellectual property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to use the content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Equipment & Technical Issues.

In the rare event of equipment failure or technical issues, the Company will make reasonable efforts to arrange backup or reschedule the shoot. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

10. Liability.

Unique Photos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, cancellations, or technical issues. The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client.

11. Force Majeure.

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions.

13. Binding Effect.

These terms shall be binding upon both the Client and Unique Photos and their respective legal successors. The Client may not transfer or assign the booking without prior written consent from the Company.

14. Waiver.

Failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

15. Interpretation.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
