Shipping Policy

At Unique Photos, we provide service-based delivery rather than physical product shipping. Our focus is on timely execution of photography services and delivery of final edited outputs.

All services are scheduled on business days (Monday to Sunday based on booking), excluding major national holidays unless pre-confirmed with the client.

Service Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment. Once confirmed, the shoot date and time are reserved exclusively for the client.

Service Delivery Timeline

• Shoot Execution: As per the scheduled booking date and time.
• Photo Delivery: Edited photos will be delivered within 5–10 working days.
• Video Delivery (if applicable): Delivered within 10–20 working days depending on project scope.

Delivery Mode

Final photos and videos will be delivered digitally via online platforms such as Google Drive, email, or downloadable links. Physical delivery (album, pen drive, etc.) will be provided only if included in the selected package.

Delays

While we strive to meet committed timelines, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, workload, or external factors. In such cases, the client will be informed in advance.

Service Area

Unique Photos currently provides services within India. Outstation shoots may be accepted based on prior discussion and additional travel charges.
